[R] Xgobi for windows NT

The instuctions in the xgobi package are the correct ones to follow:
they have been tested on several NT and 9x installations.  Peter Ho's
instructions were only needed as he had moved the .bat and .exe files
to the same directory, and had been using a batch file that seemed to
have been corrupted from the any distributed by me. (Even with the
files moved around the current instructions will work.)

You might want to make sure you have the latest versions of everything:

package xgobi.zip Oct 31, 1999
the xgobi for Windows zip Oct 29, 1999

and check that the batch files do work before you try using them in R.
One trick is to temporarily add `pause' at the end of the batch files,
as then you can read the error messages before they disappear.
