I was indeed referring to "Geldenhuys being on W95." I have been using
Tcl/Tk/Expect on Solaris, a variant of Unix, for several years now.
The poor wording of my statement above confused several people. One
of the risks of non-verbal, non-interactive discussions. I should
have said:
Unfortunately for Geldenhuys and others running on Win95, expect
runs only on Unix and WinNT, as far as I know. My platform is
Sparc/Solaris, so I'm able to use Tcl/Tk/Expect as a GUI front-end
to R.
