[R] e1071 and netpbm

In RH5.2, both of these are in libgr-devel, which I had already loaded.
However the problem was that the archive files were called
/usr/include/libpbm.a and /usr/include/libpnm.a - there was no net
prefixed. The solution was therefore to remove the 3 characters 'net'
from the Makefile!!!
Now it works fine! Don't know how I got it to work before, though.

Pretty useful general functions anyway - they should really have been
designed into the S language to start with!
