[R] About R and BOA

You have to first load it using

> source('boa.r')

I've assumed file boa.r is in current directory; otherwise give the full
pathname.

One day soon the author or I will (as I once promised) get around to
wrapping it up into a proper package so that it can be attach()ed like
those on CRAN (indeed it probably should be on CRAN).

Incidentally, note there is a recent improved version of CODA for R
which has much more sophisticated help facilities (such as,
documentation, even a manual), available on CRAN sites. Checkout CODA
for S-Plus for the original implementation and documentation.
