[R] legends on barplots

Thanks to all those who offered suggestions on how to change the position
of legends on a barplot.

The best solution, I think, is to use legend() to add a legend to the
plot, and to use locator() as the first argument, instead of x and y. One
can then add the legend to the plot in the desired position by clicking
with the mouse.
