[R] CMD check - where/what/how?

Yes sorry this is not documented.  It definitely works under Unix.
Usage is

	R CMD check [options] [-l lib] pkg_1 ... pkg_n

where `pkg_i' is the file path to the sources of the ith package for
checking.  Currently, only the examples are checked for completion of
execution, more will be added in the future.
