[R] Making HTML Help files in Version 64.0

       Not a problem. The fix was easy once you pointed out where the
       error occurs.
       One (unrelated) question:Is there an R wishlist floating around
       somewhere?

       Sooner, as Guido say he will update shortly.

       Apologies for the inconvenience: I did fix and test this once,
       but it seems to have dropped out of the master set.
