R-beta: win95 v62.3 initial impressions

The graphapp based console seems a definite improvement.

Screen output is much faster.  History mechanism present.  Can now build
whole system because windres not required.  Spin-off is that graphapp
can be used for completely different applications.


A couple of problems.

When R started and then library(pkg), get message (not every time
though) that pkg unable to be loaded.  However it often is loaded ok.
If library(pkg) command given again, no problems.  Library always loads
ok. (I know library/dyn.load problems have been mentioned before).

With "Select file to source" option from console, box comes up with *.r
under "Filename", and "Type" All Files (*.*).  In practice it lists .r
extension files only.  Dropdown option on file types to list has
"Graphics Library Error" as one, and other non standard characters on
the other lines.  If a file is selected, it does send the correct
command to the console.  Presumably the *.r should be an option under
"Type".

Same problems with "Load Image" option etc.  Minor point is that the
graphics window is made active when these options are selected.  Perhaps
it would be more natural if the console were to remain active instead.



Overall though, looks good.
