Hi, I am trying to install R on my Ultra-10 running Solaris 2.6.1. and got
following massege when i configure.

# ./configure

checking for a BSD compatible install... /opt/apps/R-0.62.4/etc/install-sh
-c
checking whether ln -s works... yes
checking for ranlib... :
checking for bison... no
checking for byacc... no
checking for ar... no
checking for ratfor... no
checking for latex... false
checking for dvips... false
checking for perl... no
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no

The path of my C and FORTRAN complier is /opt/SUNWspro/bin. The path for
perl and bison, gcc(not sure if it is working) is /local/usr/bin, my dvips
and latex are mounted from
