[R] Debian Linux package of R-0.63.0

I have created a Debian Linux package of R-0.63.0 as r-base_0.63.0-1.
The source package and i386 binary package are on the master Debian
archive (ftp.debian.org) and its mirrors under the "potato" (2.2
development) distribution.  The version of R that will be shipped with
Debian 2.1 is r-base_0.62.4-1.  By the time R-0.63.0 was released the
2.1 release of Debian was frozen.

The i386 binary is, or will soon be, on the CRAN sites in the
		     $CRAN/bin/linux/debian/2.0/
directory.  You can install this binary on a 2.0 or a 2.1 or a 2.2
system.
