R-beta: Problems with postscript

ghostscript provides nice clean conversion of postscript.

Also useful is ImageMagick which will convert anything to anything, is very
user friendly, and is designed for image editing so you can get exactly the
image you want. However, because of compression methods of other formats and
their conversion, you may not get as high resolution as you will from a
postscript program using a postscript driver. Try:
