... or do it in .First. Here's mine, for example:
.First <- function () {
options(width = 65, length = 99999, editor = "emacs -nw",
contrasts = c("contr.treatment", "contr.poly"),
printcmd = "psprint -")
if (exists(".Dyn.libs")) remove(".Dyn.libs") # <-----------
if (interactive() && getenv("DISPLAY") != "") x11()
}
but it really should not be necessary. Is the flaw and its fix
now understood?
