Dear friends. I need to model a non-linear function between two measurements done 13 times in 69 patients. I've fitted a spline in Genstat, and it looks interesting and plausible to me (at least), but I wanted to compare with other methods. Is there any way of mixed modelling of non-linear functions available in R at the moment ? Perhaps someday nlme will be ported, hopefully. Also, will trellis functions be ported (a Christmas present ?)
Sincerely yours
