R-beta: rsept31

 Dear R-buffs,

  I just downloaded rsept31.zip, unzipped it, and tried to run it, but a 
box popped up with erno 120 and it died.

  Is it just me?  I'm using Win 3.1 on a 486Dx50 with 16megs of RAM.  
Do I need to give options? I did try -v2, which didn't help.
