Yup. Found and fixed some days ago and the main reason for an upcoming
0.60.2... 

If you're impatient, fix this bit of code in src/main/memory.c (l.348++)

       case LANGSXP:
                s = allocList(length);
                TYPEOF(s) = LANGSXP;
                return s;

by inserting the line

	if (length == 0) return R_NilValue;

right after the case label.
