R-beta: q and postscript in win95

The big problem is that the postscript driver is not in either the Windows
version or the Mac version. It was ifdef'd out in the early days and I
keep forgetting to include it. It was of little use on the Mac and most windows
users use cut and paste via the clip board so it wasn't much use there either.

I'll get  it in.

Otherwise Peter's suggestion (for the strong hearted); or compiling up the
windows code yourself. Everything I use is in the general R distribution.
