There is no freely available S code for CART.  
The best bet is either to use Therneau's C routines (available as rpart 
in the statlib general section) or one of the survival tree regression 
packages for S (or both) and extend them. It's not going to be trivial. 
On the other hand you would probably end up with a better implementation 
that S-PLUS has.
