[R-es] Features disabled: R source file indexing, Connect, Diagnostics

Tengo un proyecto en RStudio, el archivo termina en archivo.Rrproj que es creado por RStudio.

Resulta que no abre el archivo, copio y pego tal cual el informa, pero los archivos internos andan. Una ayuda por internet dice que hay o habría que colocar permisos de root, lo cuál no es válido dado que es creado por el usuario que está utilizando la computadora.

¿Alguna sugerencia?

¿Positon soporta archivos Rmd?
