[Rd] [PATCH] Include Linux distribution identifiers in the default HTTP User-Agent

This discussion omits that you can 'trade breadth for depth': On systems that
work via a package manager you can get more powerful behavior. Iñaki (for
Fedora), Detlef (for SuSE) and myself (for Ubuntu) have built and maintain
such systems. While these cannot help on macOS or Windows, given that
'approximately everybody' works on Linux as well (for example for continuous
integration, in cloud instances, or via containers) it may be beneficial to
take advantage of these systems. 

As always, good to have choices.
