[Rd] CRAN detritus

Ensuring an URL check was really just a timeout, I noticed that the top-level
CRAN directory contains two (temporary, accidental ?)  directories

  src/contrib/.Rd2pdf2130770/
  src/contrib/.Rd2pdf3701098/

that can presumably be removed.
