[Rd] Minor equation fix for ?stats::symnum

\sQuote{...} or \dQuote{...} currently don't work inside the plain text
part of Rd equation tags, and they also don't look great when rendered
as LaTeX. The only such use is in ?stats::symnum; neither macro is used
on CRAN. Perhaps it's better to move sQuote() into the \code{} tag?
