[Rd] Who will be assuming the lead for Rtools and other Windows-related development?

Hello.

Tomas Kalibera's passing is tragic on many levels. He was
young—younger than most of us long-time members of this list, I
fear—leaving a family and children bereft. He leaves many friends;
some personal, some virtual. And practically, he leaves a hole in
R-core, especially when it comes to Windows-related development,
maintenance, and debugging.

I apologize if this is too soon, but with his tragic passing, has
R-core decided on who will be the point-person/lead maintainer for
Rtools and other Windows-related issues?
