[Rd] Export tools:::analyze_license()?

To R-devel,


In a future release of R, would it be possible to
export tools:::analyze_license()? This would make it easier to implement
copyright protections in alternative CRAN-like repositories. I would like
to be able to programmatically scan an individual license string before
accepting a new package.
