[Rd] package.skeleton hello* files

Is there some way to avoid the automatic generation of hello* files in
package.skeleton?
I found that the following does it on Windows but then it does not
create an R directory which I still
want and also it gives warnings which I don't want.
package.skeleton(code_files = "NUL")
