Well, The toolkchain is now split into two parts, one for 32-bit, one 
for 64-bit.
So we have 2 versions of gcc and freinds, this is set in files 
.../etc/x64/Makeconf and .../etc/i386/Makeconf respectively  in the variable
BINPREF.
