Hmm, I'm a bit confused. Now we can find duplicate.h in trunk, but it
still seems to be missing in the devel tarballs. (At least until
R-devel_2015-07.18.tar.gz)

?? I also would have reported it on R-devel. Is this a special case with
special handling?
