[Rd] Byte Order Mark in ?connections

Hi,

There seems to be a couple of typos in the documentation of
connections about the Byte Order Mark, e.g. 0xFFFE should be 0xFEFF,
and c(0xef, 0xbb, 0xff) should be c(0xef, 0xbb, 0xbf).
