[Rd] lubridate does not install on FreeBSD any more

With newest R devel

I get the following error when I try to build and install lubridate from
sources on FreeBSD 10.0-CURRENT (amd64):

Error: loading failed

ERROR: loading failed

Do you have any idea what is going on here?
