[Rd] possible bug with log of complex zero

Notice that 

> log(0i)
[1] -Inf+0i

but

> log(0i, )
[1] -Inf+NaNi

To me, it seems that these should be the same value.  I'll record this on 
the bug tracker if you agree; otherwise please can someone explain why 
this is the case.
