[Rd] Precompiled vignette on CRAN

Thanks for your help on this topic.
In fact, one of the vignettes needs hours to run some simulations; hence I'm going to provide the pdf for CRAN.

I now added a 

%\VignetteDepends{lme4}

statement to the vignette.
