[Rd] MailingList: in DESCRIPTION

Hi,

Would it make sense to add a MailingList field in the DESCRIPTION file 
so that we can indicate where the package can be discussed.

More and more packages have dedicated mailing lists (mostly thanks to 
r[-]?forge ).
