[Rd] How to create a permanent dataset in R.

Say your dataset is stored in variable "dat".

Type:

> save(dat, file="mydatfile.RData")

Next time you start the session, call:

load("mydatfile.RData")

And you can reload your dataset.

Is this what you meant?
