[Rd] conditionally import a namespace?

Or something along the lines of:

Suggests: RGtk2

f <- function (x, ...)
{
    stopifnot("package:RGtk2" %in% search() || require("RGtk2", quietly = TRUE))
     # do Rgtk2 stuff here
}
