[Rd] tiny typo (sort of) in plot.c

    The warning in "identify" when no point is close enough
to the clicked point is

./src/main/plot.c:3190:             REprintf(_("warning: no point with 
%.2f inches\n"), tol);

   that should probably be "within" ...
