[Rd] can't start the R program (PR#12525)

R-2.7.1-win32.exe and R-2.7.0-win32.exe version can be installed but can't start
the program(with error message). So I installed R-2.6.2-win32.exe. It functions
well. I've read FAQ, but I can't find the informations about such problem.
Thank's a lot about R program!
