Thanks. Your system is broken - you have an infinite softlink loop in / 
usr/local or /usr/local/lib
Can you send me the output of
ls -ld /usr/local
ls -l /usr/local
ls -l /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/
ls -l /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/usr/local

(in Terminal), please?
