Sorry, I thought I would add correct References and In-Reply-To
headers, but it was possible using gmail. And then I forgot to change
the wording...

I changed the wiki to explicitly mention MinGW. It's been a bit hard
to choose a wording that suits both mingw users and Windows users that
have never heard of a thing called mingw, and still want to use the
compiler. Hope it's better!
