[Rd] rgl package demo causes R memory corruption under Windows

It does not fail for me either (on Windows XP).

I suspect it is hardware-related, that is that the GL support of the 
video driver may be implicated.

I see no evidence of `R memory corruption' as distinct from `memory 
corruption to the R process'.
