[Rd] Matrix (PR#8321)

Thanks for the reply.  I am using windows.  I tried both packages.  The
directions under Matrix indicate that package 99.2 is current.  It is the
one that will not load.

Assuming you're on Windows (you didn't say), it looks
like the PACKAGES file in /.../contrib/2.2/ has two
entries for Matrix. Perhaps that's the problem.
