[Rd] Slovenian translation strings for R "installation programs"

Hello!

These would be Slovenian translations. I hope that all characters
will be displayed OK; note that there are three letters with carons
(actually only two are used in these translations): 
 - c with carron as "č"
 - s with carron as "š"
 - z with carron as "ž"
