[Rd] Failed to install gbm_1.4-2 (PR#7814)

The FAQ asks you to send bug reports on contributed packages to their 
manitainer.  This is NOT a bug in R.

gbm is a contributed package, and 2.0.1 is not the current release of R.
I can confirm it with 2.1.0 on Solaris.
