[Rd] rw2000dev: problems with library(foreign)

For what it is worth, I have the same development version as Kjetil

platform i386-pc-mingw32

os       mingw32                    
system   i386, mingw32              
status   Under development (unstable)
major    2                          
minor    0.0                        
year     2004

language R 

(Duncan's compilation) with Windows 2000

and I get the error message.
