Isn't that rather vague?  All tests could be in that category, as well as 
all anova methods and probably all diagnostics.  At least one special case 
of chisq.test probably has a better claim.

The entry in the Encyclopedia of Statistical Sciences supports the very 
general view: it even has the Shapiro test.

Try help.search("statistics") or help.search("data analysis") ....
