[Rd] a bug of function plot (PR#4405)

I cannot reproduce this bug on either Linux or Windows XP Home. The
given function plots the lines correctly.
Also, CRAN keeps all old versions of the sources, so if you wanted to
run an older version of R you could probably build it from source.
