[Rd] make check still fails with 1.7.0beta (3/27/2003)

Hmmm... Just went to CRAN (main site) and couldn't find that file:

$ ncftpget
ftp://ftp.cran.r-project.org/pub/R/src/base/R-1.7.0beta_2003-03-28.tar.gz
ncftpget: server said: R-1.7.0beta_2003-03-28.tar.gz: No such file or
directory

I wiped the old stuff clean with rm -rf R-1.7.0*, so as to leave no chance
of contamination.
