[Rd] unique in versions 1.6.2 and 1.5.1 (PR#3435)

Neither of those versions are current, and the change was announced
clearly in the NEWS file under NEW FEATURES for v. 1.6.0:

    o   duplicated() and unique() have methods for matrices and arrays
        (based on ideas from Jens Oehlschlägel).

So in which sense is this a bug???
