[Rd] Bug in configure script for Solaris v9 arch with libsunperf (PR#2530)

It's possibly Forte 7: this has only been tested under Forte 6.2.

--with-blas="-xlic_lib=sunperf" is available to you and
appears to work under Forte 6.2.  Could you please confirm it works under 
Forte 7?
