[Rd] latex problem with \preformatted (PR#5645)

Have you tried the *current* version of R?

o Rd conversion to latex did not add a new line before
\end{Section} for the section environments, which caused
problems if the last thing in a section was \preformatted{}
(and potentially elsewhere).
