I tried that, without success. In fact, no blas library is found, acording
to 'ldd R.bin'. I have
/usr/lib/sse/atlas
/usr/lib/sse
in ld.so.conf and I have run 'ldconfig'. I don't understand why atlas
isn't picked up.
