R 1.6.0 beta; R CMD check fails

Debian/gcc-3.2

Building and fullchecking caused no errors to talk about, but

$ R CMD check my.package

failed on the example. From my.package-Ex.Rout:
....
Error in match.call(definition, call, expand.dots) :
        NULL is not a logical
Execution halted

This does not happen in 1.5.1, and in 1.6.0, if I install my.package
and run the example, it works fine.
